The staff at St Hilda's were lovely, they gave me 4 bags of food to deliver, which all were greeted with a thanks and a smile!

Promoting health & well-being to people aged 50+
LinkAge Plus is an innovative for people aged 50+ living in Tower Hamlets. We work with people isolated and vulnerable adults to improve their well being and increase their social networks and opportunities. We offer one to one support, benefits advice. We deliver a weekly activities on site and off site. These include IT, Exercise, Film club, darts, coffee mornings, trips and more.
