Three GoodGymers were tasked with a simple mission: help Ms W move her bed downstairs to the living room, in preparation for her return from hospital.

Greeted warmly by her son on arrival, we got to work, moving the bed frame first of all. Whilst it was a simple mission, things got a little more complex as we went about getting the bed through the bedroom door which involved some awkward angles. We had to make a few attempts, shuffling back and forth and calling to each other from each side of the bed! Luckily, Dee found a solution, backing into the bathroom and so were able to get the bed into the corridor and downstairs, taking care to avoid it snagging on the chair lift on the stairs. The mattress was next, but a breeze this time round!

Task was done, mission accomplished! Ms W's son told us he was going to liaise with Ms W on her exact preferred arrangements for her living room , but was very appreciative to have the bed in place, ready for her arrival.
