A first official GoodGym Norwich fitness session for a while and it was a good one!
There were 4 exercises, Jack Squats, Push-ups, Star Jumps and V-sits. The round we had to complete 10 repetitions of each exercise, then 9 repetitions of each exercise, all the way down to 1 of each.
It was a greta way to get hot and sweaty in a short time.
