13 is my lucky number
1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Norwich.

There was a children’s cross country race today, many usual junior runners were attending. Even so, 13 brave juniors turned out on a cold, bright 9am to run 2K around this delightful park. Today there were more Marshall’s than juniors but that meant I could shout louder (impossible I hear you say) to encourage them around, lots of high 5s today to. fortunately for me I was at Marshall point 1 so I could rush off as soon as the tail walker went passed so I could run off to my next appointment watching my grandson play football ⚽️
