Flo was once again at Cardiff junior parkrun, this week was event 355. Flo was roped in to do some photography work for the social media platforms for Cardiff junior parkrun, but her official role was 'Time Keeper'. For 'Time Keeper' at parkrun, two volunteers use the parkrun app to track the time for each runner who crosses the finish line. Ever wondered why at a parkrun it is so essential to stay in your place in the finishing funnel, and keep hold of your token and your token only? It's so that the time can be matched with the finisher on the app. All very clever this technical business. And parkrun business too.

3 Juniors were able to collect their 'Half Marathon wristbands' (meaning they had completed 11 junior parkruns, and therefore the distance equivalent to a half marathon, good on them!). 26 juniors had come to Cardiff junior parkrun for the very first time, 29 of the rest of the juniors achieved a personal best time, and they contributed to the 144 juniors who took part today.
