When I called Miss S to get her usual Tesco shopping list, she asked if I knew what her priority item was - thankfully this wasn't a trick question and it was helpful the mission notification had specified that Miss S needed a single summer duvet.

She asked me if I knew whether such 4.5 tog duvets were even available these days, to which I replied I could only go on a hunt and see - it was at this point that I also broke the (sad) news to her that The Range at Surrey Quays no longer existed, as that had been her suggested place to hunt.

Tesco came to the rescue on the light summer 4.5 tog duvet front, as well as for all the other items that Miss S wanted this week, and whilst a standard size Tesco shopping basket isn't designed for a duvet plus groceries, I did manage to get everything to the checkout in one piece, and into two bags to then walk to Miss S's front door.

Of course, the British summer will probably turn Arctic now, so we await further bedding instructions if required...
