Preparation of our food today took on a nervous turn with a visit from Broadland District Council Food Hygiene Operative. Now we are sure we work within guidelines including the extra workings for Covid but we were still a little nervous being watched as we worked, but after an hour we were rewarded with another 5 Star rating. Well done us, can’t deny we celebrated with a tea break after the lovely lady left . Today’s food was home made meat pasty, potatoes cauliflower peas parsnips followed by chocolate gateaux & cream. As it was my birthday yesterday I was presented with a lovely card signed by everyone ❤️
