Wayne, James, David and I braved the strong wind to support Woking junior parkrun. It was impressive to cheer 102 young runners of all abilities completing their 2 kilometres with one objectif: enjoying their Sunday morning (well most of them did!). More impressive is that Wayne having worked all night still managed to join us even when his daughter preferred to stay in the warmth. David set himself a challenge: as soon as the weather is more clement he will run from Lightwater to join the parkrun volunteers…
