A Bunch of Mugworts
6 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km to help the Luton Borough Council Parks and Countryside in Luton.

A team of six climbed the hill from town to The Chase, a grassland in development to become a biodiversity hotspot. To help it on it's way we were tasked with pulling up mugwort plants, a large woody herb that was becoming overly dominant, to make way for more delicate wild flowers.
After 45 minutes we had made a marvelous mound and headed back down the hill via a burst of situps, press-ups and burpees with sprint intervals in People's Park.
