It was a nice bright morning to go for a run to check on Mr C. I had a nice chat with him to check how he was and to find out what he needed. He likes to swim so we compared notes on the best places to go, we both enjoy going to the ponds at Hampstead and plan to try out the icy waters of the West Reservoir at some point!

Hopefully he can get the help he needs and you never know we might bump into each other at the Reservoir!
