It's been a while since we were last at Mavor court helping to spruce up the outside space for the residents, so it was an absolute joy to be back there this evening. An evening made all the more enjoyable by being in the company of Kenny of Guinness Housing who is always a joy to work with.

Tonight we got stuck in with a variety of tasks including digging, sweeping, raking, weeding and shifting top soil. The transformation in a short space of time was remarkable. It was a task that demanded muscles and elbow grease and so it was a task that was true to the Goodgym values of fun, fitness, friendship and the feel good factor.

It was another night of rewarding service to our local community. Well done everyone, you're all amazing, as always!
