Mrs D was very pleased to see me wearing my bright red Good Gym t-shirt this morning, when I visited her. She says she never knows what color I'd be wearing and she loves seeing all my bright tops. There is nothing out there that beats the cheerful Good Gym t-shirt, we've both agreed on that one! Then she proceeded to delight me with more of her stories, this time she was telling me about her son, who's always loved all things sporty. He's learned to swim from a young age, and that came useful later on in life when he saved a child from drowning. He also loved running, he used to come to Maidenhead (MAC) to train at the club, doing hills and all that. I left her enjoying her lunch, which included a green leafy salad and her favorite mash.
