Philip and Rebecca spent their afternoon helping Mrs G maintain her garden.

Mrs G is a keen gardener but can no longer put her green fingers to use. Earlier in the year two good gymers cleared the dead plants from her garden to allow to the rest to grow. And grow they did! One shrub grew higher than Mrs G had ever seen it.

In order to keep the plants healthy Philip and Rebecca trimed down the trees and bushes. Not only did they look much neater the cut allowed more light into Mrs Gs home, providing a much better view.

Mrs G was very pleased with the result and the pair left with three bags of cuttings to put in the garden waste.
