Many thanks to the fabulous four Gillybean Belinda Barbara and Daisy who faced rain , a marquee lifting in the wind, chaos on the finish line plus a shortage of medals to help at the Worthing half marathon and 10k Bravo all of you together with all the GoodGymers running today.
