A Fleet-ing visit
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Monday, 4th of January 2021
It's a nice run from Camden Town up to Hampstead, but due to being weakened by a virus (not THAT one, fortunately) I went by bike this time. Luckily, it's a nice ride from Camden Town up to Hampstead as well.
The task involved picking up a bulky prescription packet from a chemist in Fleet Road, named (as is Fleet Street) after the now-underground river, and delivering it safely to the recipient, a short distance down the hill. Unfortunately, my bike fell over within earshot of her house, but I was able to assure the lady that I wasn't on it at the time.
