A geometry lesson in Victoria Park
8 GoodGymers made their way 6.0km to help their local community in Tower Hamlets.
- Monday, 11th of April 2016
- Led by Laura Williams
This week the main task was cancelled due to sickness so instead 8 GoodGym runners headed off to Victoria Park for a running session.
After a full set warm up exercises and drills we tackled e 'descending pyramid' session. Basically this involved running a series of intervals starting with a mile and getting shorter as we went through. Most of the efforts were run with a partner to share the load.
Great fun and hard work, and really looking forward to next week and a run to the farm!
