A giant's lockdown party and some nice bluebells!
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the Friends of Woolwich Common in Greenwich.

Lynne and I joined some of the very nice Friends of Woolwich Common in the sunshine today. We found very little litter for the first 30 minutes so were rather enjoying a stroll and a chat! But ... Lynne's eagle eyes spotted a crisp packet in the undergrowth under some trees and next thing we we had two bags loaded with bottles, cans, cartons and a giant shoe (I take a 6.5 at least so you can see how big it was!).
It looked as if what we found was from a covert lockdown gathering or three so we felt we'd done a good job! The common looks lovely with its spring flowers - do go and visit if you're in the vicinity.
