I picked up some shopping for a couple who are self isolating. There was quite a queue at the shop but everyone was in good spirits and adhering to the social distancing rules. Everything on the shopping list was in stock, I carried the weights (shopping) to Mr and Mrs W's home, they were pleasantly surprised to have everything they needed and very grateful. I jogged home to complete my Good Gym workout!
