7 Awesome GoodGymers made there way to Springfield Park to tackle the hill and barrow 2 tonnes of compost to the community garden getting raised beds ready for planing by a local infants school.

Great to have new new GoodGymer Chris, some GoodGym legends and the OG of GoodGym all along fir the ride!

A longer than normal run from London Fields to Springfield park where we met Joe from the of Springfield park project and git yo work.

Smashing our step counts and climbing that hill after some strong digging efforts we filled up those raised beds to have them primed fir some Spring time bulb planting!!

45 minutes of graft and we were away with a big dent put into the task!
