Another Tuesday in Zoomland and this week we were blessed with the presence of 3 visitors from our neighbouring areas (Lewisham 1 and Bromley 2), thank you Clare, Tim and Hannah for dropping in and working up a sweat with us. To our regulars I know I dont have to mention you by names but you know you guys are appreciated too.

With a little bit of squats, lunges, press ups, leg raises, planks, tricep dips, skipping mountain climbers and crucnhes we worked for a solid 30 minutes, which was filled with a few groans but no ouches.

At the end of the session we had the chance for a quick catch up chat and realised that some of us on the road to John O'Groats have taken a wrong turn somewhere along the way. While those on my route have 44 miles to go, those following Paul have 280 miles to go. How well for those of you who knows Paul should know that his sense of direction isn't as it should be and I guess those with him fancied a bit of an adventure along the way to John O'Groats so didn't mind plodding along with him on his jaunt to John O'Groats with a different map. I'm sure they get there by June 4th. Stay tuned we will update you next week.
