A lot-a more-a litter that the last time we were here
15 GoodGymers made their way 2.5km to help the Keep Britain Tidy in Norwich.

Our 1st run of 2018 and we were doing our quarterly litter pick for Keep Britain Tidy.
We welcomed Sarah to her 1st GoodGym run.
Tonight was a special occasion for Katy as not only was it her birthday it was also her 20th Group Run! Catherine also achieved her 20th good deed tonight (which includes her Mission Run) so well done ladies!
Jasmine forgot her head torch so sported some fancy pink fairy lights.
Off we headed to meet Lottie at the Adam & Eve pub and she greeted us with bin bags and litter pickers. We tried a different area of the river this time in hope of finding more rubbish... and we were successful in finding plenty. I think the strong winds had help rubbish collect in some areas.
After 30 minutes of picking a lot of litter we regrouped in the Adam & Eve car park and dropped the stuff back to Lottie. At one point I thought Sophia was going to take her dog home with her haha.
We then headed back to The Forum... everyone thought that was it but I had other ideas as we still had 15 minutes to spare ;-) so this meant a continuous 10-minute circuit of step jumps, lunges, run and push-ups.
To finish up we had a stretch and I reiterated how GoodGym Norwich must beat GoodGym Ipswich in the January challenge! So invite your family and friends along to get fit and do good in their community.
On Monday we're visiting The Hamlet Charity.
