Incredible edible is a fantastic charity that’s looking to use unwanted or poorly used ground to grow edible plants. The session today involved peeling and pressing apples taken from local gardens to be used by food banks and others. It was also a good social and networking event - attended by counsellors and the mayor of Barnet.
It was a good 40 minute cycle ride for me there and back so I got my exercise in as well.
