This morning Jess started by sorting out games and jigsaws which had been donated. This involved checking that all the pieces were there. She is now a dab hand at aged 5 Paw Patrol jigsaws!

Once these were checked there was then lots of shoes and clothes to check and sort. Each item has checked for any damage or marks as these are not able to be distributed to families. During the time at the baby bank there was a constant stream of people collecting items, this really highlighted the vital work the baby bank is doing for families in the Windsor and Maidenhead area.

There are plenty of opportunities to get involved helping this charity - check the listings for Windsor and Maidenhead.

Providing essentials to families in extreme need

The Baby Bank collects donations of good quality clothes, equipment, and furniture to help families in extreme need. They provide essentials ranging from everyday items like nappies, and wipes to larger items like cots. They support families beyond the baby stage, for example with school uniform. They aim to give all children the best possible start in life.
