This is the fourth time I've delivered papers to K. The smile just gets bigger and bigger each time I go and see him.

This morning I went to the local newsagents to collect the papers and a couple of pints of milk as well. There are so many amazing people out there and the person serving was a volunteers helping out the owner. It was humbling to meet them and to know that they could have been at home but had chosen to help out someone less well off than themselves.

So, it was a lovely start to the bank holiday weekend and I hope to be able to help K again at some point and see that infectious smile of his again.
