Miss A needed a number of rubbish bags removing from her flat and carrying down to the bins. This was an easy task in itself, but on talking to her it was clear she has been living in very difficult and distressing circumstances for some time, and due to complex disabilities, really needed more ongoing support urgently. I was able to liaise with social services who had referred her, and with a family member, to ensure that this can happen.
