Goodgym Portsmouth were asked to help a lady who had injured her back and was unable to get out and buy basic supplies. Jo headed to her preferred store (Asda). Other supermarkets are available, and picked up the items that were needed. Once bought Jo headed down and delivered the items to a very happy lady who can now have her cup of tea and something to eat.
