"If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire... the A-Team..."

It was a true honour to be able to join two members of the GoodGym A Team crack squad of furniture shifting volunteers, in the form of Newham's finest, Hilary and Rosa, on a Sunday afternoon mission in deepest Tower Hamlets - missing our Mr T we co-opted a friendly cat at the door to be the fourth (non-working) member of the team...

Mr A's sister, Ms S, quickly got us to work on shifting a neatly taped up cooker and a highly collapsible double mattress down the four flights of stairs to the outside refuse area, and then produced the right sized Allen keys to enable us to dismantle the bed frame - all in preparation for the return of her brother, Mr A, from hospital, possibly later on Sunday.

After a final team shot (with our faces naturally covered to protect our identities...), our mission was completed, with not a car chase in sight nor injuries to report. We left Ms S to tidy up the now empty bedroom, telling her she now knew where to find us in case she needed assistance in the future...

As Hannibal would say "I love it when a plan comes together".
