On an unseasonably cold morning, 3 GoodGymers attended Catford ParkRun to ensure things ran (and rolled) smoothly.

After helping with pre-run setup, Paul was on unofficial pacing duties for a child and pushchair who’d been promised a sub-30 min clocking.

Kim would be somewhat further back in the field, donning the official Catford tail, whilst Oli would be waiting for them both at then end with well-earned finishing tokens.

Sure enough, Paul pushed his young charge across the line before the half hour mark, and Kim followed a little later, having seen the full field of around 160 round safely!
