It was great to visit Mrs M’s cosy home after volunteering at a very grey and damp Hilly Fields parkrun. The aim was to reset the 📺 and take off the audio description and replace with subtitles instead. After much resetting and using a variety of different remotes it wasn’t possible to access the settings. Fortunately there was no audio description to turn off but the selection of remote controls all failed to access the subtitles. They were only able to change channels sporadically. We both agreed that a replacement remote control was needed and Mrs M said she'd contact Talk Talk and thanked me for trying. ☺️
