Mrs M was running out of food. Her carer was away on holiday, as was her Age UK referrer. Luckily the referrer put in a request to Goodgym before she went on leave and Mrs M was very grateful we'd answered the call!

Everything was easy to find in the big M&S downstairs. When I came back, Mrs M and I had a long chat about her situation and the difficulty finding, and asking for, help nowadays. We chatted about her family in the Phillippines and some hopes for 2024.
