Ashley and I headed for a 5km social run around Markeaton Park and a catchup on any upcoming run events and hiking sessions that Ashley has planned.

After a day of rain there were a few muddy puddles to avoid on the paths and only a few people out with their dogs.

We found a scooter on our route and contemplated using it for a fast lap but put it to one side for someone to reclaim.
