It was a mild Monday evening when Samina Liz Pete and Tabitha met in Willesden ready to do good . We warmed up and ran almost 4 K to Abbey Community Centre . Here they run regular sessions to support the local community varying from cooking to fitness and even I T support . Luckily for us when we arrived they had stacks of leaflets ready for us to deliver!

We split into pairs and ran along the surrounding streets delivering leaflets on the way . some letterboxes were at the top of huge flights of stairs but that didnt stop us ! Once they were done we couldnt help but stop for a breather in an attractive pub garden before running off back to base for a cool down and a drink .
