Age UK had another request to help Miss B with some shopping supplies as she was isolating. She was nearby, so I sorted her shopping in Tescos then headed out for a quick 5k as I’d missed our Bath Goodgym fitness session. So good to do a good deed on a Tuesday, in Goodgym in spirit!
