Three GoodGym runners arrived for 9am at Gladstone Place in Tower Hamlets to help prepare for Roman Road Festival, a free event full of games, dancing and refreshments that culminates with the Wimbledon Men's Singles Final. The first task was to lay down the astro turf which will be used for the games, secondly we carried approximately 14 haystacks from a warehouse to be set-up up for the event and lastly we helped put up a gazebo (which was the cleverest thing I've seen come out of a box in ages).

It was Joe's first good deed for GoodGym and proved to be incredibly useful - carrying 2 haystacks at a time - amazing strength and endurance!

The team stayed for an hour - Beth and Paul then had a 4 mile run to Stoke Newington to go to the next mission.
