All for Plog and Plog for All!
11 GoodGymers made their way 6km to help the Sheffield City Council in Sheffield.

Eleven GoodGymers made it to the Showroom for another good plog. With the January challenge in mind and Strava started on all watches, we started by tackling one of our favourite segments, Howard Street and then headed through the city centre to the Cathedral.
We split ourselves into two teams with one team plogging and the second team completing a 0.85km, including a brutal 300m climb. A quick turn around then sent the first team round the lap and allowed the other team a chance to rest whilst plogging. Each team completed three laps before a final good plot across the front of the Law Courts. We had collected 5 full bags of rubbish that we were able to cram into the litter bins.
Our final loop back to the Showroom included a little plog and then a fast lap around the bus station to get the whole team over the 5km mark. A good stretch (and a beer) finished our sesh. 10 good deeds and over 50km added to our group totals for the January Challenge and one good deed added for Barnsley. Great job team!
