It was super saturday for a group of GoodGym athletes today as we knocked out a twenty in twenty drill.
The name says it all really - 20 exercises for a minute each with no break to recover. Instead we alternated cardio peaks with strength exercises which we used as active recovery.
Thanks for all the positive energy today gang - lovely to see your faces and apologies that I, after 7 weeks of lockdown, still can't nail those camera angles!
