It was great to be involved in the Alley Angels project. Lots of local volunteers and residents came along to help out.

It was a lovely sunny morning spent with lovely people doing something good for the community. It was great to see the impact that so many hands can make in a relatively short space of time. I enjoyed chatting with people I'd never met before but the hi-light was most definitely seeing children joining in - some with families that were volunteering and some that were local residents. It was great to see them get stuck in and talk excitedly about looking forward to having a nice space to play.

I hope more residents will get involved in the future and keep up the great work that has been started!
