To blow away the Christmas cobwebs, set 2024 off to a healthy start and clock up some miles for the January Challenge, GoodGym Stockport took on a chatty and chilly 5km social run.

We welcomed two fabulous first timers - Sally and Peter, who will hopefully be back for more sessions with us!

We took a 1 km warm up circuit to begin, before a circular social 5km run - catching up on recent goings on, resolutions and 2024 targets.
