Mrs J was looking and sounding much brighter today. She had been taken for a visit to a day centre last week and thinks she may go again. Which is very good news - it wouldbe great if she could start to socialise again. She was inspired by meeting an 85-year old who lives on a boat on the river and takes a dip every morning. Brrr! We talked about all sorts of things, including who we think will win the Sewing Bee on Wednesday. Lets see if we're right!
