Mrs Y needed a small package posted to Italy - as I entered their building I remembered I'd been here before at the start of May for a similar mission. Mr and Mrs Y were very welcoming at their door (as only Italians can ever be, even whilst wearing masks) and handed me a bag with the parcel and money - with a brief "Arrivederci" it was off to the nearby post office.

A few minutes later I was back with their change - Mrs Y was so grateful and thanked me profusely for my assistance and for all the help she's received from volunteers over the past few weeks - I couldn't help but be buoyed up by her gratitude and positivity and as I walked down the stairs it really did feel that everything will be alright.
