Me and Anja met up in Saturday's afternoon sun to lend Mrs I a hand in her front garden. Her house faces on to a garden square, so we could imagine that it'll be a good spot to sit out and chat to passing neighbours once it warms up a bit. It had become a bit overgrown with weeds (luckily the type that are easily pulled up) ivy and a hydrangea, which we cut back to allow new growth and hopefully lots of flowers in spring. Quite a bit of litter had blown into the garden, so we were able to clear all of that out too, leaving Mrs I feeling much happier about it.
