On a very cold but clear Monday night, 7 intrepid runners met to continue the task of tidying up our Cardiff streets. In only 30 minutes, we picked litter, bagged it up and consigned 5 more bags to the dustbin of history. An amazing task when we could have all been home, warm and well fed on a Monday night. But it's all part of #JanuaryChallenge - well done Team GoodGym!!!!
