This week Rob, Chris and Fiona met for a run. We did one of our regular anti-clock wise to mix it up a little. To add a little more distance, we ran into one of our local parks we normally do a litter pick in.

We managed to do a steady, 6k run before heading back to the start location for a stretch and a drink to rehydrate.
