This route is a pleasant surprise to me who has lived in the area all my life. It starts at Jack's lake in Hadley wood and finishes down by the North circular. Jack's lake is a great spot and although some of the route is urban the roads are quiet and there are nice sections through parks and Brooks. Opportunities for coffee stops as well. Along the route is Barnet's newest swimming pool if you fancy a stop off for a swim. it's also a great way to get to Trent Park also worth a visit!
