Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
Report written by Slough runner
Lets just start when Sutyee has signed up there is never a dull moment.
Sara and Kam joined Sutyee for a task at Thames Hospice, we was looking forward to organising colour stacking, today was the wrong date for our Community Mission.
May was happy to arrange something for us to do but not until a bit later, we had a discussion and thought let see if Slough Outreach needs help, of we go following the not so yellow brick road hi ho hi ho hi ho hi ho.
We knocked on the great double doors waiting patiently to see if anyone would answer, who would ever turn away ladies in red??? Shin was more than happy for us three to help, straight into the kitchen we went, Kam and Sara was on packing bag duties but Sara was time travelling back to her past organising the deliveries. Kam did an amazing job packing over 30 bags of items ready to go Kam even stayed longer with us to help. SutYee was not picking the items instead her job was picking the chicken off bones, peeling onions and preparing for chicken curry meals, then moved onto next area spreadng the word about goodgym actually spreading garlic butter onto rolls.
Thank you for reading.
