I arrived 15 minutes earlier to Ms.C's house. This was my second tech support mission with GoodGym and both of them were in the Camden area.

Ms.C after having her morning tablets explained to me what needs to be done. She has a 5-year-old iMac that was running slow and it needed fixing or looking at. But Ms.C told that someone helped her already and said that she might need other tech help from me.

After having a glass of water, we both sat in front of the iMac. After logging in, I tried to check the storage and Ms.C said that the files has been cleared and the computer have enough storage. The storage had 99% memory left, which was more than enough to function. But still, the machine was slow at everything.

The icons at the dock looked super tiny. So I enlarged them to the max.

It will be a neck exercise to look at the icons from left to right - Ms.C

So I resized it to the medium size that she preferred. I noticed that there was anti-malware software running. I felt that could be the culprit for machine slowness. After stopping that I noticed some improvements in the machine speed.

When I opened the Safari browser, I noticed that 4 tabs has been pinned and Ms.C asked me to explain what 'tab' means. One of them had some videos about the Royal family.

Can you put a child lock and stop me from accessing Royal Family news - Ms.C

Ms.C felt my work was done just after 25 minutes of my arrival. It was 11:10 am. After politely declining the Cash which Ms.C tried to give me, I realized I had 2+ hours left before my next mission of the day. So I went to an Indian restaurant and had a nice lunch.
