Ms K needed some tech support to reset her apple password so that she could download an app. There were a few technical difficulties but Ms K's amazing artwork made for much more pleasant viewing than watching the buffering wheel on her iPad! After jumping through a few hurdles we were able to download the required app, although unfortunately she will need some outside help to get the app set up.
