We turned up at the church to help to tidy away after their Christmas market. First things first, we admired the new carpet inside, reminiscing about previous tasks of sticking down old carpet tiles.

After we’d admired the flooring, we got to work with carrying tables and chairs to the outside shed, ready for Caroline to stack up inside.

Once they were done, we got to work with arranging the chairs ready for tomorrow’s congregation. This required a certain level of geometric skills, needing to form perfect arcs for each row.

The team were very grateful for our lifting and carrying, and joined us for some photos with our “artwork” (or arcwork?) in the background. Job done!
