A short run to Asda for some shopping for Mrs J, who was lovely. A commendably sweet tooth seemed a strong influence on the shopping list. Well, who wants to eat boring stuff during lockdown. On the way back my body decided that I definitely do need to see the physio now. Its not used to all this working from home running.
