When I got to Mrs J's today, she had been watching the Hairy Bikers on tour in Austria, cooking Sachertorte and Apfel Strudel, so that got her onto her two favourte topics of food and travel. Made me very hungry! She had had a good session with the mental health team last week, and is looking forward to her next session, so great to hear that things are progressing for her
